Hola…

I’m Setara - a UX Researcher and former Designer (but does anyone ever really stop being a Designer?)

In my years as a researcher, I have worked with teams across 3 timezones, conducting generative and evaluative research studies for consumer-facing e-commerce products, highly complex enterprise software, and more. I have conducted research sessions and workshops both on-site and virtually, with Fortune 500 companies and the general population.

In my latest role, I led a team of 3 UX Researchers, coaching them in research processes and best practices, and managing our cross-portfolio research roadmap.

My approach to research is highly collaborative, and driven by curiosity, pragmatism, and a desire for clarity, meaning and efficiency.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me out for a run, practicing Spanish, exploring Madrid, or eating ice cream (see image to the left).
